- Contact details you submit through our contact and hall booking forms (name, email, phone).
- Event details you share when enquiring about hall hire.
- Basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use this website.

- To reply to your enquiry and arrange bookings.
- To send you information you have specifically requested.
- To improve our website and the services we offer.
We will never sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you become an active member or hirer, in which case we retain records for the duration of our relationship plus 6 years for accounting purposes.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email rita.flora@osterleysports.co.uk.
Administrative charge: a £25 administrative fee applies to each subject access, rectification, or erasure request to cover processing and verification costs, payable before the request is actioned.

This site uses only the minimum cookies required to function. We do not run advertising trackers.
